Article 1 – Definitions

Withdrawal Period: The period in which the consumer may exercise their right to withdraw from the contract.

Consumer: A natural person not acting in a professional or commercial capacity who enters into a distance contract with the entrepreneur.

Long-term Contract: A distance contract for a series of products or services with obligations spread over time.

Right of Withdrawal: The consumer’s right to cancel the distance contract within the withdrawal period.

Entrepreneur: A natural or legal person offering products or services to consumers via distance communication.

Distance Contract: A contract concluded between the entrepreneur and consumer using distance communication technologies.

CESOP: The Central Electronic System of Payment Information introduced by the EU to monitor payment service providers.

Article 3 – Applicability

These general terms and conditions apply to every offer made by the entrepreneur and to every distance contract concluded between the entrepreneur and the consumer.
These terms are made available to customers electronically or by other accessible means prior to conclusion of the contract.


Article 4 – The Offer

Offers are non-binding. The entrepreneur reserves the right to modify offers at any time.
Each offer clearly states the total cost, including shipping fees, customs duties, and any other applicable charges (e.g. postal or courier service fees).


Article 5 – The Contract

A contract is concluded once the consumer accepts the offer and meets the stated conditions.
The entrepreneur confirms the order via email immediately after acceptance.


Article 6 – Right of Withdrawal

The consumer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receiving the product, without stating any reason.
The cost of returning the item is borne by the consumer.


Article 7 – Costs in Case of Withdrawal

The entrepreneur will refund the payment within 14 days of withdrawal, provided the item is returned in its original condition.


Article 8 – Customs and Tax Regulations

The buyer is solely responsible for complying with all legal obligations related to importing goods, including any customs duties, taxes, and clearance fees.
The entrepreneur is not the official importer of goods shipped to the customer.


Article 9 – CESOP Compliance

From 2024, payment service providers are required to report payment transactions to CESOP (Central Electronic System of Payment Information) in accordance with EU regulations.
The entrepreneur complies with these rules, which may affect how payments are monitored and reported.


Article 10 – Compliance & Warranty

The entrepreneur ensures that all products conform to the contract and legal standards.
Defect claims must be submitted in writing within 14 days.
Products must be returned in their original packaging and condition.


Article 11 – Delivery

Orders will be delivered within 30 days, unless agreed otherwise.
In the event of a delay, the consumer will be notified within 14 days of placing the order.


Article 12 – Complaints Handling

Complaints must be submitted in writing within 7 days of identifying the issue.
The entrepreneur will respond within 14 days.
If more time is required, the customer will be informed of the extended timeframe.


Article 13 – Disputes

These general terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the United Kingdom.
Any disputes arising from the use of this website or the purchase of our products will be resolved amicably where possible.
If resolution is not possible, disputes will be submitted to the competent court in London, United Kingdom.
